Chris (front desk) and Patricia (breakfast room) were very gracious. I had numerous questions since I hadn't stayed in a motel since before 2019. I also observed how attentive they were to various guests and their personal needs. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could do work in the courtyard after leaving my room at checkout, as the weather was not good and I had a 2-hour wait for a scheduled appointment in the Lansing area. Of great importance to me was the way Chris handled an unpleasant guest - he was calm and positive in the face of unwarranted accusations and demands. Chris deserves a bonus, if that is possible and a practice in your chain.

EVERYTHING !!! Wendy and I are STAUNCH CUSTOMERS of THIS LOCATION !!! PEDRO, the DIRECTOR~MANAGER keeps THIS QUALITY INN in TIP TOP SHAPE! PEDRO bends OVER BACKWARDS to MAKE SURE YOU are HAPPY and SATISFIED. The BREAKFAST is PHENOMENAL, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH QUALITY INN UNIVERSITY PLACE !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH PEDRO and STAFF !

It was nice, cozy, clean , excellent place if you have children via the sweet pool/game room. Oh man, next time I’m taking swimming trunks. Breakfast was decent as well, better than some. I like the dining area, it looked like they had a bar but I’m not sure. This is really a good spot and I will for sure stay there again.

The room had all the necessary amenities e.g fridge, microwave coffee maker e.t.c it was rooming and excellent breakfast and plenty of options to eat. Although we didn’t use the pool on this trip, but we looked around the whole area it was pretty wonderful.

Clean, quiet and comfortable! What more can you ask for in a hotel room? The hotel was closer than we realized to MSU so after a full day of tailgating and a late game, it was easy to check in and get to our room for a good night's sleep.
